CEO

Martin joined IBMG in 2021 as the CCO, bringing a wealth of knowledge with him from his 20+ years in the industry. Having held various positions at Jewson, including Supply Chain Director, Commercial Services Director and Product Group Director, Martin also served as Commercial Director at Graham Plumbers’ Merchant.

Richard Robinson

CFO

Richard joined IBMG as CFO of Grant & Stone in 2019, where he now holds the same title for the whole IBMG group. With a great breadth of experience from previous roles as Finance Director of Saint-Gobain’s Tile Division, Finance Director of Job and Talent and CEO of Textile Recycling International, Richard has accumulated over 15 years in the industry to date.

Peter Cudd

CCO

Having been the Group MD for Grant & Stone since 1991, responsible for generalist merchanting, plumbing & heating and electrical divisions, Peter is now the Chief Commercial Officer for IBMG. His incredible 40+ years in the industry has also seen Peter as Commercial Director of Grant & Stone and Salesman at Johnsons of Oxford (now Buildbase).

Allun Pittingale

COO

Allun became the Chief Operations Officer for IBMG in 2023, having been the IBMG Group MD for the South East, responsible for generalist merchanting, roofing and timber divisions, since 2020. Allun brings with him over 33 years of industry experience, the majority of which has been spent in various roles within Travis Perkins, most notably as Regional Managing Director.

Nick House

Non Exec Director

Having been the CEO of Grant & Stone for 36 years, Nick then moved to become the Chief Executive of IBMG. With almost 50 years in the industry working at various levels, he now sits as a Non-Executive Director for IBMG, sharing his knowledge and expertise with the business.

David Moore

Chair

David joined Grant & Stone as Chair in 2019, and became Chair for the whole IBMG group in 2021. David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having operated for over 25 years within the building materials and merchanting industries. He has previously held a number of CEO and CFO roles, in leading businesses, within the sector.
