Award Winning IBMG

The BMF Annual Conference took place on Thursday 21^st September, with host, and swimming sensation, Mark Foster hosting the event. We heard about lots of great initiatives from across the industry as well as some motivating talks from Claire Lomas, or the ‘Bionic Woman’, who inspired us to challenge ourselves and never give up, no matter what life throws at you.

Following the conference in the day, the BMF Annual Awards then took place in the evening, where we are pleased to announce that we were winners of two prestigious awards!

Firstly, Sarah Campbell, Group HR Director for IBMG, was proud to accept the award for the BMF Training Company of the Year! This award celebrates IBMG’s commitment to supporting and developing teams across the entire business, from apprentices to directors, providing bespoke pathways for development, as well as giving our people the skills required in their day-to-day roles.

Nathan Arthur, Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at IBMG, then picked up the Bronze Award for the BMF Young Merchant Achiever! We are so proud of Nathan as this award celebrates under 35’s in the industry who have made a great contribution to their organisation, and we thank Nathan for his hard work, this is truly deserved.
