Subsequent investment has allowed Chandlers Roofing Supplies to open 4 additional sites, and now consists of 10 successful branches across the South East, London and West Midlands, each built around exceptional teams offering unrivalled local service.

This investment in its people leads to exceptional customer service. A recent customer survey returned an overwhelmingly positive response, with brilliant feedback for branches and colleagues. Customer expectations of speed of service, branch experience, delivery, product availability and pricing were all overwhelmingly met or exceeded. One customer even stated “Just keep on doing what your staff are excellent at” as a closing comment, which highlights how Chandlers Roofing Supplies go above and beyond for their customers.

In order to maintain the great relationship with its customers, Chandlers Roofing Supplies maintains strong partnerships with its suppliers. As Danny Spokes, Managing Director of the IBMG Roofing Division, says “Suppliers are also important to us, so we build strong relationships with our supply partners and have a simple rule that we look after the suppliers who look after us and ensure that we do what we say we are going to do.”

Alongside Chandlers Roofing Supplies, Danny also heads up the other roofing businesses within the IBMG group – Independent Roofing Supplies, MS Roofing Supplies and Roofing Gear. Covering a wide range of locations and providing his expertise to all businesses, Danny ensures that the roofing division goes from strength to strength, whilst also helping the brands to maintain their local independent identities within their communities through activities such as sponsorship of grass roots sports teams.
