About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Showroom Manager to support our busy bathroom showroom within a well-established plumbing merchants / builders merchant environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with showroom, interiors, retail sales, or trade counter experience who’s ready to step up.
You’ll combine sales, customer service, and day-to-day operational support to help drive showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Deliver excellent customer service to trade and retail customers
✔ Support bathroom design, product selection, and sales quotations
✔ Assist in driving sales and branch targets
✔ Support showroom operations and daily management tasks
✔ Help supervise the team and support staff development
✔ Handle order processing, stock management, and admin
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in a bathroom showroom, interiors sales, or merchant environment
✔ Strong sales advisor / sales consultant skills
✔ Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
✔ Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ Team player with leadership potential
✔ IT literate (Microsoft Office / quoting system
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Wednesday: Day off
- Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
